Kyle is 5 years old. He has had a great year so far in Kindergarten. In his classroom they have a stoplight and this week his name was moved to yellow. His story was: his friends were being very loud on the loft in their classroom and he was trying to get them to quiet down. Then the kicker was......he said he wasn't going to be allowed in to go on the loft for the rest of his life. I love the perspective of a 5 year old!
Noelle is in 3rd grade. She is also having a great year. Academics have clicked for her this year, which is wonderful. Everything seems easy for her and she is enjoying it. There are no fights over homework, now we need to tackler her organizational skills. She is also starting her second year of piano. In this to, she has blossomed and loves the challenges of new songs and learning songs she is familiar with ( i.e. Oh When the Saints).
