Last Friday, Roby took the day off of work and I got a babysitter for the boys so we could both attend Noelle's field trip to bald eagle days.
This is a male bald eagle. The male is smaller (around 8 pounds) than a female (15 pounds). There are over 200 nests along the Mississippi River.
A barn owl. They primarily eat mice (around 14 a night) and he only weighs 1 pound. I think I need a pet owl!!
